1. Right of withdrawal (14 days) + 30-day guarantee
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justification (RDL 1/2007). In addition, Fozza extends this right with a 30-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee.
2. Conditions
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and with its packaging.
- It must be kept in appropriate hygienic and presentation conditions.
- Indicate the order number or the purchase email.
3. How to request a return
- Email us at fozza.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We will send you instructions and the return address.
- Upon receiving and reviewing the product, we will process the refund.
4. Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, contact us within 48 hours with a photograph. We will cover the replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
