We share strictly necessary data with: the store platform (Shopify) and the COD form manager (Releasit), transport companies (Correos, SEUR, GLS, MRW, or others), and payment gateways. Advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) receive anonymized or hashed events only to measure conversions. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We retain your data for the time necessary to provide the service and fulfill legal obligations. Afterwards, they will be blocked for the legally required periods.
